It’s impossible to escape the news of a dampened outlook for the rest of 2012, particularly when it comes to accelerating growth and achieving business goals. According to PwC’s 15th Annual Global CEO Survey, businesses are thwarted by not having their talent in placeFinding and keeping the right talent remains a top concern for CEOs, with 43% saying it has become more difficult to hire workers in their industry. A mere 30% say they feel ‘confident’ about accessing the talent needed to execute company strategy.

Whilst many organisations are feeling the strain of the European debt crisis, not having the right talent in place remains a leading threat. Companies have a much broader responsibility to nurture talent and produce great leaders.

The whole landscape and the world of work has evolved and we can no longer rely on a ‘lone wolf’ to rise through the ranks. Now, the focus is on how to lead and challenge these people into thinking about the whole platform that we are standing on. Talent focus today is on the reframing of leaders as companies begin to position themselves for future growth. This event will help you ensure that you have the right people, in the right places, doing the right things, at the right cost.
